What we deliver
We provide cyber-security services and monthly plans only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no postage or shipping charges apply. What we deliver for you, the dates and the deliverables are set out in the scope we confirm to you in writing before you pay.
Remote and on-site work
- Most services are delivered remotely, over secure connections, for organisations in the UK and abroad.
- Some work, such as wireless assessments and some internal network tests, is carried out on site. We work on site in the UK and internationally.
- On-site work in Greater London has no travel charge. Travel and any accommodation for on-site work elsewhere are quoted in your scope, so you know the full price before you pay.
When work starts
Lead times run from when the contract is formed, that is once the scope is confirmed and you have paid. These are typical times; the dates agreed in your scope take priority.
| Service | Typical lead time |
|---|---|
| Vulnerability scanning; Microsoft 365 and cloud security reviews | Start within 5 working days |
| Penetration tests (web application, API and network); wireless assessments | Usually booked 2 to 3 weeks ahead, on dates agreed with you |
| Cyber Essentials readiness; UK GDPR and ISO 27001 readiness | Start within 10 working days |
| Managed endpoint protection, 24/7 security monitoring, security awareness and phishing simulation | Onboarding within 10 working days |
| Virtual CISO and incident response retainer | Active from your first payment; incident response is available from the agreed start date |
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. If you are a consumer, we do not start work within your 14-day cancellation period unless you ask us to; see our refunds and cancellations page.
Testing can only start once you have given us the access, authorisation and contacts described in our terms. A delay on your side may move the start date.
Reports and retests
- Reports are delivered securely, encrypted or through a protected download, and never as plain email attachments.
- We aim to deliver the report within 5 working days after testing ends.
- Where your service includes a retest, we retest the issues you have fixed within 60 days of the report at no extra cost.
- Managed services include the regular reports described on our services page.
If we are late
If we cannot start or deliver by the date in your scope, we will tell you as soon as we know, explain why and agree a new date with you. If the new date does not work for you, you can cancel and we will give you a full refund for any work not yet delivered. This does not affect your other rights; see our terms and conditions.
